The number of single family closings during July were less than June and less than July, 2009. While we would like that number to be better, they're not "that bad!"
There were 2,948 homes that did close during July, combined with an increase of existing inventory equals great buying opportunities.

I agree, home closes aren't reaching their record heights in the last year but still - 3K closes a month is NOT shabby!
