Las Vegas homes on the market, that are available for offers, has dropped down to approx 4,200.
About 800 of those homes are Las Vegas Short Sales, a little over 390 are Las Vegas foreclosures, the majority of the homes for sale now are equity – traditional sales and flip homes, (which are typically also considered equity sales now because the flipper bought them at foreclosure auction fixes them up and lists them typically at or above current market value for the neighborhood).
This covers all Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas and this is a low amount for the area so we are still seeing multiple offers and the best homes going under contract pretty fast. (Pretty much the same as over the past few months)
Las Vegas Homes already under contract are at 11,806, of that the majority are short sales (9,210)
Homes sold over the past 60 days approx. 5,469.
