Las Vegas homes on the market, that are available for offers, is relatively the same around the 4,500 mark on average for the past 2 weeks, up a few hundred on average from last month.
About 1,000 of those homes are Las Vegas Short Sales a little over 300 are Las Vegas foreclosures the majority are equity traditional sales and flip homes, which are typically also considered equity sales now because the flipper bought them at foreclosure auction fixes them up and lists them typically at or above current market value for the neighborhood.
This covers all Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas and this is a low amount for the area so we are still seeing multiple offers and the best homes going under contract pretty fast.
Las Vegas Homes already under contract are at 12,592 of that the majority are short sales (9,989)
Homes sold over the past 60 days approx. 5,800.
